Skirt buttoned up with 2 BANAN pieces 16 buttons and 2 pieces of buttonhole elastic band.
Waist: Let the top buttons overlap(over 2 buttonholes),  snap on the buttonhole elastic bands (each side 5 buttonholes)   
Leave a buttonhole undone for pockets and snap 3 buttons more.
